 DİSK YAY TEKNİK RESİM

     Disk yaylar, çelik gereçlerden yapılan tabak biçimli ortası delik olan ve yük etkisi altında yaylanabilen bir elemandır.
      Disk yaylar, yüksekliğiyle kalınlığı arasındaki orana göre TS 1443/- ve TS 1443/2’de standartlaştırılmıştır. Yay sacı kalınlığı 3,5 mm’den küçük yaylar soğuk haddelenerek üretilen çelik band veya levhalardan, sac kalınlığı 3,5 mm’den büyük yaylar ise sıcak haddelenerek imal edilen çelik band veya levhalardan yapılır.
      Disk yayları üst üste sıralamak ve bir arada tutmak için yay orta pimi kullanılır.
Diskler tek tek ters yönde yerleştirilerek az yay kuvvetiyle çok yaylanma sağlanabilir. Her grup için birden çok disk yay kullanılarak çok yay kuvveti az yaylanma sağlanır.

Explanation of the tables
            The following tables list the spring tı DIN 2093 as well as those to Schnorr Works Standards. Those to DIN 2093 are shown in heavy type. The prefix A , B and C show the corresponding series. All sizes are normally kept in stock  and the heavy type does not indicate a beter delivery.

            The article number guoted is for normal manufacture from spring steel with phosphate finish.

Article Reference
Reference for a Disc Spring with De =40 mm.
Di =20.4 mm and t=1.5 mm:

Disc Spring 40 * 20.4 * 1.5
Or for a spring to DIN 2093 :
Disc Spring DIN  2093 – B 40
Or with the article number:
Disc Spring 012800

Load and stres specifications
           The load and the corresponding stresses are given for the four points s = 0.25 h0  ,
s = 0.5 h0   , s = 0.75 h0    and  s = h0  . The quoted stres at s=0.75 h0 is the tensile stres on the underside at point II or III whichever is the greater.

            Static or infrequently loaded springs may be compressed to the flat condition ( see section 2.1 ). Lt should be noted that from s=0.75 h0    the actual characteristic progressively increases from  that  calculated ( see sections 1.7 and figure 10) .
For dynamic  application the calculation in section 2.2 must be completed.
All values are based on a Young ’s modulus “ E ”  of 206000 N/mm2  with µ=0.3 and are the refore only valid for Disc Springs from springs steel to DIN EN 10132 – 4 and DIN 17221 (e.g. 51 CrV 4 or C 67S ). The  use of other materials  necessitates recalculation  with the correct value for Young ‘s modulus “ E “ . For lo1  ver tensile  strength  the free height  h0 and the overall height  I0  must be amended ( see chapters 1 and 2 ).
